Return Policy

Our policy is a Money-back guarantee, also known as a satisfaction guarantee, essentially a simple guarantee that, if a buyer is not satisfied with a product or service, a refund will be made. If you want to exchange a product for another just email us. We except exchanges on products within 60 days of the purchase date.

In our words, we want you the customer to be 100% satisfied with your Lady May purchase wether its bacon fat to grill with or a Mothers Day Gift for mom, whatever we need to do to achieve that we will. Just shoot us an email or give us a call and we will promptly get back to you with a solution. If an order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit we will send another one immediately.  If your product arrives late or in anyway unsatisfactory to you, just contact us and we will replace it or refund it. If you have questions about our products or just want to talk give us a shout. If you order something and just flat out don’t like it, we will refund you.
